The customs officers compare with the relevant trademarks of the Customs Intellectual Property Protection filing system, and initially determine that the goods belong to the goods infringing upon the trademark rights of others. The Wuhu customs then reported the situation to the competent Customs Department of Hefei, and contacted the agents of the two trademarks, the Limited by Share Ltd of the A & F trademark and the agent of lacoste in China, and confirmed the facts of the infringement. According to the application of the obligee, the customs detained the goods in accordance with the law and placed them on file for investigation.
