The construction of the park will be phased in accordance with the requirements of industrial agglomeration, capital concentration, enterprise clusters and intensive development. The first construction period will be two years, and the second construction period will be controlled within the next 3 years.

It is estimated that after the completion of the project, 40 thousand people can be employed, and the annual sales will reach 10 billion yuan and the tax revenue will be about 500 million yuan.

It is reported that Sheyang county is still building the only ecological dyeing and finishing center in the coastal areas of Northern Jiangsu - the ecological dyeing and finishing industry concentrated area in Yancheng City, with an overall planning area of 16.5 square kilometers, of which the core area of the planning area is 3.61 square kilometers, and has now built 1.5 square kilometers.

After the completion of the center, the dyeing and finishing production capacity of 6 billion meters will be formed, and it will form a docking with the Fujian Hao science and Technology Industrial Park.
