Exhibition brief: Spain is a great power in southern Europe and a big textile producing country in Europe. The Madrid International Garment Fair (SIMM), organized by the Spanish Apparel Association, is a very professional international trade fair. It is Spain's second most important clothing in Europe. The Madrid International Clothing Fair is also one of the few fairs in Europe for all the fashion fairs. It is well known for its good trade results. The Expo was held in 1978 and held in Madrid JuanCarlosI Exhibition Centre every February and July. According to statistics, the exhibition area in 2004 was more than 3.5 square meters, attracting 961 participants from 22 countries in the world, including 738 exhibitors in Spain and 223 overseas exhibitors. 25605 of the trade customers came from 74 countries and regions in the world, with overseas trade reaching over 10%. In February 2005, the scale of the exhibition expanded and the exhibition area was 39434 square meters, attracting 1125 exhibitors to participate in the exhibition, and exhibited 1930 brands. There are 31666 visitors. This shows that Madrid Madrid fashion show is growing year by year. Exhibitors are mostly manufacturers, wholesalers and exporters. Visitors are importers, clothing stores, chain supermarkets and so on. Mainly from Bangladesh, China, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Nepal, Philippines, Pakistan and so on. There are more than 30000 professional buyers, from Spain, Portugal and other European countries. The products of the exhibition range from garments to footwear, covering all fashion apparel products. In the 07 and fifty-eighth sessions of the JuanCarlosI Exhibition Center in Madrid, the exhibition hall was divided into 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 pavilions. Taking part in this SIMM trade fair can not only show new products this year, but more importantly, we can understand the trend of foreign market development and aim at the future direction.
