    How much money does a grid store make? Li Nanguo, the owner of the shop in the same city, has calculated an account.

    At present, they have 120 lattices in the shop. According to the monthly rent of 150 yuan per grid, they can earn 18000 yuan a month, excluding 3500 yuan store rent, hiring staff costs, utilities and other expenses. The monthly net income is about 8000 yuan.

     

    "As a result of publicity and promotion in the early stage, we have already paid a discount on the rent of the grid, and there are still some rents that are not rented out. Now we earn about 5000 yuan a month. With the gradual improvement of our operation, we expect to reach 10000 yuan per month in the next quarter."

    Xiao Lu, a vocational college student, rented a lattice for socks in the checker shop near her school. She sold all the socks from the east gate at a price of 10 yuan and 5 pairs.

    Because of its fashionable style, there is no similar commodity near the school, and students want to go to Dongmen to buy too far away, so even though each pair of socks sells for 8 yuan, there are many students patronizing.

    "At present, there are about more than 2000 yuan in sales per month, and I'm going to open another grid."

    From "consignment" to "lifting Commission"

     

    Li Nanguo, the manager of the checker shop in the same city, introduces that the income of the shop is mainly derived from the rent of the grid.

    Now we have begun to try to use computer records, import barcodes, and create websites to make management more convenient and simple.

    Li Nanguo said, "we will tell the tenants regularly through the network, and organize activities so that tenants can exchange experiences with each other to provide better services for tenants."
