China Textile and clothing information business center (ICCTCC) is one of the key construction of Hangzhou clothing comprehensive project, located 145 kilometers southeast of Shanghai city.

The China Textile and clothing information business center ("China Textile Center") aims to promote Hangzhou's "promotion of the silk house and the creation of women's clothing capital".

Hangzhou is located in the mild humid subtropical zone, which is affected by the coastal climate. The rainy season is long and faces the problem of mildew and erosion.
