Zheng Chenai, President of the city clothing trade association, is now actively promoting the landing of a "big gang" concept, so as to give full play to the advantages of the industry in integrating resources and strive to get rid of some of the small and medium-sized enterprises in hibernation.

Zheng Chenai said that big enterprises have multiple project advantages such as marketing network, brand and so on. They can fully absorb small and medium-sized enterprises into their marketing chain and realize the sharing of marketing network resources.

At present, some small and medium-sized clothing enterprises in Wenzhou are old and have no office buildings, but not the quality and style of their products. In the process of negotiation with foreign businessmen, they can not hold the initiative, often fail to gain the upper hand in price negotiations. Some Wenzhou brand clothing enterprises generally have large factories and beautiful office buildings, but some enterprises are idle and unable to make full use of them.

Zheng Chenai said that if the samples from these small and medium-sized enterprises are displayed in the exhibition rooms of large enterprises, it will undoubtedly increase the prices of some small and medium garment enterprises rapidly, which is a shortcut to improve the added value of products, and large enterprises will also gain more powerful brand influence.

Zheng Shengtao, President of the Municipal General Chamber of Commerce, agrees with this practice. "If there is a sharing platform between Shoes Companies, there may be pressure on product homogenization and peer competition, while clothing is divided into many types and schools, showing no strong conflict on the same stage."

In addition to big and small models, the association has helped to open up the market for strategic alliance.

In July this year, the 2009 spring summer series of the Hongkong Fashion Festival sponsored by the Hongkong Trade Development Council was held at the Hongkong Convention and Exhibition Center. The 22 garment enterprises of the Wenzhou clothing trade association, such as aunni, red, yellow and blue, and Teng Xu, took a total of 50 booths to unveiled the exhibition with a unified overall image.

Zheng Chenai said that next January 12th Hongkong Fashion Festival, Wenzhou will take 80 booths to further consolidate and continue the results of the last exhibition.

"Whether big or small, or warm up together, the ultimate goal is to make full use of Wenzhou's advantages to grab more market cakes in the context of national growth and expansion of domestic demand."

City fastener industry association also has such a consensus.

There are two enterprises in the city fastener industry docking with the wind power project of Huayi Group, while Wenzhou Ming Tai Standard Parts Co., Ltd. has already participated in the construction of the national large passenger aircraft.

Jiang Huilong, Secretary General of the fastener industry association, said that under the 4 trillion investment drive, the city fastener industry will grasp the opportunity to expand domestic demand.
