Leather and footwear enterprises will continue to develop through advanced technology, ISO 9000 quality management system and ISO 14000 environmental management system.

Product development plan:

The government will encourage all trades and professions to produce raw materials and excipients needed for leather and footwear industry.

Priority should be given to developing tannery plants with advanced technology and modern equipment.

In addition, the existing enterprises will change the structure, update the equipment, improve production, improve the quality of tanning, and make full use of domestic leather raw materials.

We should encourage the development of leather processing industry, expand animal husbandry and concentrate slaughtering industry, thus further improving the quality and output of raw leather.
