如今,不少加盟總部用加盟費用少、資金門檻低來吸引加盟者,但上海連鎖商業協會的洪關康提醒說:“投資金額低也并不是意味著風險小”。以上海社保局推出的98項特許經營項目為例,最少的加盟費用僅在萬元左右,但細究一下不難發現,不少低于5萬的費用中,都沒有包括首期房租費和裝修費,而房租費與裝修費用其實是開業費用的大頭。
如果單為吸引更多的加盟者而人為降低資金門檻,反而會加大投資的風險,聯華便利就有過這樣的教訓。陳銘珍舉例說,聯華曾推出“投資7萬元,做個小老板”的方案,的確圓了不少加盟者的“老板夢”。但推出后實戰效能并不好,因為要硬湊7萬元的投資額,門店的面積就只能在10平方米左右,在商品種類和設備投資上均遠遠落后于對手,造成在競爭中落于下風。在經過一段時間的摸索后,聯華便利已放棄了“7萬元加盟”方案,轉而推薦門店面積在50平方米,投資金額在15萬元左右的加盟方案。
考慮到加盟者的承受能力,目前市場上以15萬以上的加盟方案最受歡迎,便利店、洗衣店、沖印店的加盟方案大致都在15萬到20萬之間;諸如餐飲、美容業的資金門檻更高一些,約在50萬元以上;而像肯德基這樣的超級品牌的加盟費用更是高達800萬元。“特許經營不是小打小鬧”,聯邦興智管理公司的姚予老師認為,特許經營是小投入的觀念有誤,應得到投資者的注意。
