In the interview, many users believe that equipment plays a key role in ensuring product quality. At present, there is still a big gap between domestic equipment and imported products. This gap is mainly reflected in accuracy and durability.

Taking the production of modal 14.6tex yarn as an example, the quality indexes of domestic yarn and ring travellers were not much different from those of imported rings and travellers at the beginning of the operation. When used for 9 months, the yarn quality index of domestic rings began to slide, the broken ends of spinning yarn increased significantly, and the yarn quality indexes of imported rings remained stable; by the 12 month, the domestic steel collar would be eliminated, and the broken ends of imported steel rings had not increased.

The imported spinning collar has strong spinnability, stable yarn quality index, and a small number of broken ends, which is the main reason for enterprises to concentrate.

In addition to steel collar and traveller, the condition of combed cylinder and metal trough is also the same.

Liu Qing, deputy general manager and senior engineer of Yufeng Textile Co., Ltd., Xuchang, Henan, compares the imported equipment with domestic equipment used by the company. It points out that there is still a big gap between the efficiency of domestic equipment and imported equipment.

Xuchang Yufeng now uses the British crosroth blowing carding unit, which has the advantages of high efficiency, low failure rate, less labor, and 15% higher production than domestic similar equipment, and the yarn quality reaches 5% of the Ulster communique.

The domestic spinning equipment can only spin 16 and 21 yarns, and the inlet and outlet spinning equipment can spin 40 yarn.

According to Changshan Textile JOINT-STOCK Company yuan minister, the domestic loom efficiency is low, and imported air-jet looms are not only efficient, but also use less gas and save much cost.

High energy consumption is also a common problem of domestic equipment.

Jiangyin Huahong chemical fiber company technical personnel said that the company bought an early 6 ton of domestic melt spinning equipment, and then introduced a volume of 20 tons of newmager melt spinning equipment, after use, found that the same spinning 1 tons of raw materials, domestic equipment than imported equipment energy consumption 1/ 3.

From the price of equipment alone, domestic equipment has no doubt occupied an advantage.

From the user evaluation, the advantages of domestic equipment are less investment, shorter cycle, quicker effect and better after-sale service.

In terms of stability and reliability, accuracy and so on, we should further combine user needs and give full play to regional advantages. We believe that domestic equipment will also take a place in the high-end market.
