The Ten Measures Are Good For China'S Cotton And Textile Industry.
In November 5th, the State Council held a standing meeting. In November 10th, the State Council held a meeting of the provincial and municipal people's governments and the main responsible comrades of the State Council departments. The theme of the two meeting is to deploy ten major measures to stimulate domestic demand to promote steady and rapid economic growth. The Central Committee has just opened its the third Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee session, and then has to hold an economic work conference. But at this time, the State Council and relevant departments have worked overtime to study ten major measures. As premier Wen Jiabao said, "seize the opportunity and seize the opportunity." In his speech on the 10 th, he stressed that "we need to make quick moves, make heavy punches, take measures accurately and work hard."
The ten measures, which are unprecedented in speed and intensity, are both good news for the overall economy and for cotton and textile industry. Several major points of concern:
First, on the direction of macro regulation and control, we should shift from prudent fiscal policy to positive fiscal policy, from tight monetary policy to moderately loose monetary policy.
Two, in raising the income of urban and rural residents, it is clear that the reserve purchase of oil and cotton should be done well, which means that the state is determined to protect the interests of farmers.
Three, the domestic demand of textiles will be directly promoted in the areas of affordable housing, rural livelihood projects, post disaster reconstruction and the income of farmers and urban low-income groups.
Four, we will lighten the burden of enterprises in the field and give direct support to enterprises on the one hand in the full implementation of the pformation of value-added tax, the encouragement of technological pformation of enterprises and the increase of financial support for economic growth.
Despite the unprecedented difficulties, the total economic and financial revenue of our country has a strong ability to resist risks after the 30 years of reform and opening up. China Cotton Association will continue to reflect the voice and suggestions of the industry through various forms and channels, and strive for supporting policies. All parties in the cotton industry should enhance their confidence and respond positively to challenges, and together with China's economy, we will face temporary difficulties and welcome the new dawn.
