    Since the beginning of 2000, the Ministry of industry of Mingshi has been developing a one-stop production system from sewing to packaging, and most of its sewing business has been completed by headquarters own factories and cooperative factories, with a total number of 120.

    After the completion of Sakura workshop, Mingshi is engaged in the study of the division and cooperation between the factory and the 120 cooperation factories. It has determined the idea of "Cherry factory's tailoring and inspection, and sewing by the cooperative factory".

    For the student uniform production enterprises, the key to production management is how to improve the efficiency of tailoring.

    The characteristics of school uniform decide that small batch, multi variety and short delivery time become the key to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, and how to improve the efficiency of equipment during the period of reserve production has become an unavoidable topic.

    The computer aided design system (CAD) of the company consists of 8 automatic scribing machines, 5 computer aided production systems including bar code system (CAM), and OEM machines, ironing machines, mobile hooks, etc., 7 employees can undertake 500 meters of work every day, 4 rooms of CAM are guaranteed, and the other is used as backup to cope with rush hour production tasks.

    In the fabric store of Mingshi clothing, there are 1200 kinds of fabrics for skirts and 3200 kinds of fabrics for jackets. The tailoring of fabrics is mainly done by computers, but some complex designs still need to be relied on by hand.

    Therefore, Mingshi clothing and clothing industry attaches great importance to personnel training while emphasizing the introduction of advanced production equipment.

    The uniform workshop KURASHIKI, located next to the company's headquarters, is a sample making place for Mingshi clothing. Although the number of employees is not large, it is all manual workers who are skilled in hand sewing. Everyone has the "absolute work" and can cope with tasks like sample making and emergency sewing.

    The uniform workshop KURASHIKI consists of teams and groups, each of which has a fixed working place.

    Not only that, the Department also organizes regular staff to communicate with the young employees of the headquarters commodity development department, aiming at cultivating comprehensive talents who are competent for multiple posts.

    The cherry blossom workshop inspection center is named "Sakura building", which was originally a logistics warehouse.

    After being rebuilt, the inspection center has 9 Professional ironing machines, which undertake the inspection, packing and logistics of school uniforms.

    In the future, Mingshi clothing and clothing industry also plans to integrate the functions of the factories around the headquarters to further reduce the cost of warehousing, logistics and so on.

    Mingshi clothing and clothing industry has always regarded the "made in China" and "Kurashiki products" as the selling points of commodities. At the same time, we hope to improve the vitality of the textile industry in the island by means of domestic production in Japan.
