USDA US Cotton (12-13) Export Weekly Report

The increase in the number of buyers is China (300200 pack), Turkey (48800 pack), Vietnam (37900 pack), Pakistan (34000 pack), Indonesia (33400 pack), Thailand (28600 pack), Taiwan (25200 pack), and South Korea (18400 pack). 2009/10 net sales of 3100 bales, the buyer has Chile (1800 packages) and Mexico (1300 packages).
The export of HP cotton is 147200 packs, 18 percentage points higher than last week, 13 percentage points higher than the average of four weeks. The main destinations are China (41400 bales), Turkey (21500 bags), Bangladesh (14100 bales), Mexico (10900 pack), Indonesia (8500 pack), and Pakistan (7900 pack).
Pima cotton sells 2300 packages in net, for unknown destinations (1300 packs), Italy (400 packs), and Japan (400 pack). Pima cotton exports 6300 packages, the main destinations are Germany (2300 packs), China (2300 packages), and Thailand (700 pack).
