First, in order to make the vehicle management unified and rationalized and effectively use all kinds of vehicles, the second official vehicles are managed by the general affairs department.

The use of vehicles by seventh non enterprise individuals is restricted to more than 30 thousand personnel, and the interest free loan is 30 thousand yuan, which is deducted from the salary in an average of 24 months.

It is not limited to the authorized person.

The ownership of eighth vehicles which are purchased by individuals in accordance with these Measures shall be owned by the company. The licence tax, fuel tax and vehicle license fee payable by the company shall be borne by the company, but shall be limited to the following criteria.

(1) the vehicle is based on the 150C.C standard.

(two) the highest standard of locomotives is 100C.C.

The consumption of steam and oil for personal use of vehicles purchased by the ninth methods in accordance with this method shall be subsidized by the company and shall be issued monthly according to (schedule).

The tenth official vehicles belonging to each unit shall be checked by the general affairs department at least once a month to the head of fuel consumption and the record of driving journey, so as to prevent waste. If the fuel consumption exceeds the standard, it should be sent for adjustment and repair.

The eleventh part of the purchase of the locomotive owner shall be deducted from the salary in 24 months.

He may apply for the purchase of the new car in accordance with the provisions of the present measures.

Twelfth vehicles that are purchased by individuals for personal use in accordance with these measures may be replaced at any time. However, the original liability of the company has not yet been depreciated (that is, 70% of the original price standard has not yet been depreciated), and the burden of the user has not yet been deducted by installments.
