Delta Automation Technology Solutions
Abstract: This paper describes in detail the application of automated products based on DELTA on XJID3 precision belt cutter, and the specific application includes automatic piecewise compensation for measuring thickness.
1 Introduction
China's shoemaking machinery industry was born in 1980s.
After more than 20 years of struggle, with China becoming the world's shoe processing base, shoe machine enterprises have completed the accumulation of capital and technology in the early stage of entrepreneurship.
In recent years, the annual sales volume of China's shoe making machinery has increased by more than 20% every year, and domestic shoe making equipment accounts for only about 5% of the mainland's market share.
With the blade leather machine, it has become the most common machine used in leather products enterprises in recent years. It is the key exhibition equipment of various kinds of leather exhibitions recently.
The XJID3 type precision belt cutter leather machine discussed in this paper is suitable for thin and uniform processing of hard and soft leather materials with a width of 420mm and 8mm below the leather products industry.
According to the needs of the craft, the size of the material in the shoe making process has a certain size requirement, but the leather thickness produced by the tannery is usually larger than the design size of the sheet. When this is done, the whole slice of the wafer needs to be cut, so that the components of the film can reach the uniform thickness of the process.
The structure of the whole machine is shown in Figure 1.

2 system structure description
The blade carrier is mainly composed of a knife mechanism, feeding mechanism, sharpening mechanism, pmission mechanism and dust collecting device.
2.1 feeding mechanism
The rotation system of the feeding roller with a blade feeder is driven by a multi speed motor with three different speeds. According to the chip cutting requirements, one of the speeds can be selected. The feeding speed is between 0.1 and 0.36 meters per second.
In order to avoid the phenomenon of uneven thickness of the backing piece after cutting, adjusting the upper and lower feeding rollers should keep the axes of the upper and lower feeding rollers parallel to the edges of the blades.
2.2 dust removal unit
The dust removal structure is composed of a main fan (powder for absorbing the skin) and an auxiliary fan (powder absorbed by the grinding wheel), and operates automatically at work.
2.3 sharpening structure
The grinder structure is driven by a grinding wheel motor, which is adjusted from the L2 of the grinder control valve. The grinding wheel is moved to the edge of the knife edge for grinding.
2.4 belt cutter mechanism
The belt cutter mechanism is driven by an electric motor to drive the circular ribbon knife to rotate quickly, and to slice the material.
Therefore, it is suitable for the thin software to be thin as a whole, or to make partial dissection of the sheet. For example, the front tip part of the front part can be partially dissectioned for thermoplastic Baotou, thereby simplifying the process and reducing the cost.
In addition, the special supporting mould can be used for cutting the special parts of the pads.
The position of the feed can be indicated by the ruler L.
Some of the blades are equipped with heavy hammer top knife device.
In order to observe the cutting edge, most machine panels are equipped with observation windows to observe the edge of the blade through magnifying glass.
The edge of the belt should be worn on all the length of the cutter and should be kept straight, without beating and shaking.
The knife needs to be changed after narrow.
When changing the knife, blunt the old knife edge, release the driven knife wheel, withdraw the old knife, replace the new knife, and then retighten the cutter wheel.
The tension of the knife should be moderate, not too tight or too loose.
The axis position of the active cutter and the driven cutter wheel can be adjusted. The purpose is to make the belt cutter in the right place when running, and has been adjusted accurately at the time of leaving the factory. Generally, it should not be adjusted at will, so as to ensure the good working condition of the machine.
2.5 feeding thickness measuring device
The thickness adjusting hand wheel drives the precise potentiometer of a 1K to rotate, changes the thickness change to the resistance change, obtains the standard signal of 0-10V through the voltage pformation, pforms into the 0-2000 digital signal, obtains the thickness measurement through the corresponding relationship between the highest point and the lowest point.
3 Delta Automation Solutions
3.1 Delta Automation Platform Design
The design of delta automation platform is shown in Table 1.
The main body of the platform is integrated by delta technology and has the characteristics of isomorphic technology platform.

3.2 principle design of electrical automation
Referring to the electrical automation requirements proposed by the XJID3 type precision belt cutter leather machine system, the main circuit principle design is shown in Figure 2.
The schematic diagram of control circuit is shown in Figure 3.

4 concluding remarks
The machine is made of liquid crystal touch screen and has friendly man-machine interface.
The chip thickness is accurately displayed and the chip speed can be set. It has an automatic feed positioning device. The tool needs no adjustment, automatically adjusts the gap between the tool and the pressure plate, makes the skin precision higher, adopts variable frequency and wide range stepless speed regulation, and the ideal material volume can be obtained by feeding speed.
This solution has obviously improved the automation level of XJID3 precision belt cutter leather machine.
