    Party A and Party B have reached the following agreement through friendly negotiation on housing tenancy.

    Ninth liability for breach of contract

    Fourteenth disputes between Party A and B in the execution of this contract shall be settled through friendly negotiation first. If the parties fail to reach an agreement, they shall be settled according to () method: (1) submit to the arbitration organ for arbitration.

    (2) bring a lawsuit to the people's court.



    The fifteenth contract is in nine copies.
