Housing Lease Contract (B)

Party A and Party B have reached the following agreement through friendly negotiation on housing tenancy.

The expenses incurred by the fifth and third, fourth clauses shall be settled by Party A on the basis of documents, invoices and relevant regulations.

Sixth Party B's rental housing shall be used by Party B after Party B's acceptance and payment of the rent.

The seventh is the warranty of the first party during the warranty period of the house (half year of the water and electricity facilities, one year of civil construction, one heating period of heating facilities, and the date of the day when Party B is used).

Eighth Party B's service staff's temporary residence permit and other procedures needed for daily life.

Ninth liability for breach of contract

1. after the contract comes into effect, if Party B fails, Party B will pay the rent of the house and pay a lump sum fine of RMB (RMB) within 30 days from the date of breach of contract.

2. if the contract becomes effective, Party A will refund the remaining rent to Party B, and pay a lump sum fine of RMB (RMB) within 30 days from the date of breach of contract.

3. the term of the lease which is less than half a year is calculated on a half year basis, and the lease term for more than half a year is less than one year.

Article tenth during the tenancy period, Party A shall not sublet (sell) the premises leased to Party B to any third party. If Party A sells the premises leased by Party B, Party B shall enjoy the priority of purchase and do not need to pay the purchase money separately. Meanwhile, Party A shall assist Party B in the formalities of formal pfer, and the expenses incurred therefrom shall be borne by Party B.

If the contract is contrary to the new policies, decrees and regulations of the state, and the contract has to be terminated, Party A will be multiplied by the 10% of the total amount of the rent per year according to the actual rental years of Party B.

Fourteenth disputes between Party A and B in the execution of this contract shall be settled through friendly negotiation first. If the parties fail to reach an agreement, they shall be settled according to () method: (1) submit to the arbitration organ for arbitration.

(2) bring a lawsuit to the people's court.

The fifteenth contract is in nine copies.

There are two originals, one for each side, six for each, and three for each side.

Stationery is legally binding.

The sixteenth contract signed and sealed by the two parties will become effective after notarization.

Matters not covered by this contract shall be separately agreed upon by both parties.
