    Production Of Fine Rubber Powder By Air Turbine Refrigeration And Low Temperature Comminution

    The technology can be used to produce waste rubber into fine reclaimed rubber powder. It has wide application scope, can be used to produce modified asphalt and lay high grade road. It can be directly mixed into high-grade rubber products with high quality requirements, instead of a considerable amount of raw rubber, so as to reduce cost, save expensive rubber raw materials, and improve the mechanical properties such as fatigue strength, shrinkage and fluidity of rubber products.

    The whole equipment is mainly divided into three parts: normal temperature, coarse crushing, freezing and low temperature crushing. The waste tire will be coarsely broken into 1 to 3mm colloidal particles at room temperature. Then it will be hardened and hardened in the freezer. At last, the rubber powder with fineness of more than 60 mesh can be finely broken down by a low temperature crusher.

    This technology adopts air turbine refrigeration, and adopts regenerative cooling cycle. It has the outstanding advantages of high efficiency, fast refrigerating speed and reliable performance. It can provide -100 C cold gas source. The design of colloidal particle freezer is the central link of the whole equipment. It is designed as a form of boiling fast frozen continuous pportation. After being frozen, the colloidal particles are crushed in a low-temperature mill, up to 60 mesh.

    Main technical specifications: air flow rate 4000kg / h air pressure 0.8MPa (absolute) cold air temperature -80 C, rubber powder annual output 5000 tons, rubber powder fineness 60-80 mesh. This technology production process has no pollution and low energy consumption. Under the same production capacity, the energy consumption is 2/3 above that of liquid nitrogen. This technology is the first time in the world to apply air turbine refrigeration to fine rubber powder production process. It is an innovative achievement. At present, the Thermal Power Engineering Research Institute of Beijing has completed all theoretical calculation, process design and key equipment design, and has passed laboratory tests and pilot tests, and has successfully achieved industrial production in 97 years.

    Two, the economic and social benefits are based on the annual output of 5000 tons of fine rubber powder, the output value is 20 million yuan, the product cost is 11 million yuan, the profits and taxes are 9 million yuan, the investment recovery period is about three years. The main raw materials are scrap rubber such as scrapped automobile tires, which turn waste into treasure, and the economic and social benefits are huge.
