Domestic Service Contract

Two. Rights and obligations of Party A (user)

1. Party B shall have the right to provide family services for the content. Without the consent of Party B, the burden of labor other than those mentioned above shall not be increased.

2. Party B shall provide Party B with the same accommodation and accommodation as the family members of the family members (except children, elderly persons, patients plus meals), and Party B shall not be allowed to live in a room with opposite sex adults.

4. Party B is responsible for protecting Party B's safety.

5. monthly pay to Party B's salary is increased by one yuan per month to RMB yuan, and no deduction should be made.

6. the service period shall bear 30% of the medical expenses of Party B in half a year, and 40% of the medical expenses of Party B after half a year.

7. Party B shall be guaranteed to have a rest of not less than 3 days per month. If Party B is not allowed to rest on account of special circumstances, Party B shall be allowed to accept the payment and shall be paid according to the day.

8. when Party B serves for Party A, Party A shall notify the relevant departments and companies immediately to cause accidents to himself or others, actively handle the aftermath and bear certain financial responsibilities.

9. Party B will cause losses to Party A during the service process. Party A has the right to investigate Party B's responsibilities and financial compensation requirements, and deal with it in accordance with national laws and regulations. Party A shall not take any physical activities such as body search, detention of money or goods, and assault or coercion.

10. Party B shall not be converted to third party service without permission.

Three. The rights and obligations of Party B (family attendant)

1. voluntarily provide Party A with family service for the content.

2. enthusiastic work, civilized service, comply with public morality and national laws and regulations.

3. do not go out without permission, do not bring outsiders to the residence of the first party, do not turn over the goods of Party A, and do not participate in the family disputes of Party A. Without Party A's permission to go out or violate the above provisions, the problem is liable.

4. during the service period, the losses caused by work mistakes are all responsible for themselves.

5. every month can rest for two days. If you stop because of the need of Party A, you have the right to pay the party a day.

6. during the six months of the service period, the medical expenses will be borne by 70%, more than half a year, and 60% of their own expenses.

7. have the right to refuse to convert to third party services or to serve in the field.

8. Party A has the right to refuse Party A to increase the labor burden other than the contract stipulations. If the two sides agree with each other, Party B has the right to ask for increased labor remuneration.

9. Party B's legitimate rights and interests are infringed upon, and he has the right to lodge a complaint with the departments concerned and the company until he accuses him to the judiciary.

Four, contract signing and dissolution:
