問題：公司在銀行的預(yù)留印鑒：公司財務(wù)章和法人名章。公司都交給同一人保理。這樣合規(guī)嗎？怎么處理？
解答：支票印鑒一般應(yīng)由會計主管人員或指定專業(yè)人員保管（即這二個章可以由會計保管）；但支票和印鑒必須由出納和會計兩人分別保管，不能由同一人保管，否則會造成內(nèi)部失控。
