Some companies are able to rescind the agreement and refund part of the franchise fee and payment on the basis of voluntary agreement under the mediation of the business sector.

    However, some companies have adopted a procrastination and roundabout way, and have not explicitly refused, but they have not actively cooperated with each other, resulting in the mediation work in a predicament and unable to make progress.

    The report said, "after investigation, such complaints are suspected of contractual fraud, and it is likely to form a new form of contract fraud."


    Most do not qualify for licensing.


    It is understood that these so-called garment franchises are usually under the banner of "franchising" and "franchising", inviting foreign investors to visit orders.

    The clothing that investors see in the showroom of the company is a good quality and inexpensive product with great profit margins.

    But in fact, most of these enterprises do not have the franchise qualification. Even if they are individually available, most of the products that investors receive are often outdated clothing with high quality and high price, which can not be used for sale again.


    Don't believe in "low cost, high return".


    Guangzhou industrial and commercial bureau and Guangzhou Municipal Council reminded investors not to believe in the investment promotion of "low cost and high return" to avoid loss of property.

    If you want to buy the products of the clothing franchisee, you must deliver the goods hand in hand, and make sure that the goods can be paid for the board.

    In the process of dealing with merchants, we should pay attention to collecting materials such as contracts, purchase vouchers, advertising and publicity materials, so as to submit them to the industry and commerce department or the Consumer Council as evidence in case of disputes, so as to improve the success rate of processing.
