Shenzhen's Internal And External Integration Has Been Approved By The State.

First, the planning should be included in the unified planning; the financial unification and financial resources should be tilted to the outside world; the municipal infrastructure construction standards should be integrated to solve the problem of "difficult road" outside the border area; the input of the outside environment should be increased; the outside world should be managed as a "city"; the public service level outside the border area should be improved; the public service equality within and outside the country should be improved; the social management system reform outside the border area should be accelerated; and the public management resources should be allocated according to the number of population managed outside the border.

The representative of the Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the peasants and workers' Democratic Party believes that Shenzhen should take the lead in setting up and implementing the low carbon economic standard to the whole country, and take the lead in trying out and promoting low carbon products and industry certification system.

It is proposed to establish an innovative low carbon property exchange, promote low-carbon financial services, support and promote low-carbon technology innovation, vigorously promote energy conservation and consumption, and low carbon consumption, and strive to build low-carbon society.

The Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the League of China (NLD) pointed out that as the birthplace of China's reform and opening up, the current situation of Shenzhen Bay is worrying, and the ecological environment problem is prominent. It can not meet the needs of the internationalized city at all.

It is proposed to set up a special institution for the comprehensive regulation and management of Shenzhen Bay.
