The Chinese Pavilion Adds "Treasures Of The Town Hall": "One Of The Terracotta Warriors And Horses Of The Terracotta Warriors And Horses."
"Qin terracotta hall No.1 copper horse and horse" appeared in China Pavilion
One of the treasures of the Chinese Pavilion is "the first bronze horse and horse of Qin terracotta Museum".
At the unveiling ceremony in the morning, Yang Xiong, executive deputy director of the Executive Committee of Shanghai World Expo and vice mayor of Shanghai, Jing Junhai, vice governor of Shaanxi, jointly carried out ribbon cutting for "No.1 copper horse and horse". Zhao Rong, director of Shaanxi Provincial Bureau of cultural relics, Deputy Secretary of the Shanghai World Expo affairs Coordination Bureau, and Secretary of the CPC Committee of China, delivered speeches respectively. The ceremony was hosted by Xu Hubin, curator of the Chinese Pavilion.
There are two bronze horses and horses in the terracotta warriors and Horses Museum. The "No. 1 copper horse and horse" exhibited in the Chinese Pavilion is a two wheel, single track, and Sima series, with a total weight of about 1040 kilograms.
The main body is made of bronze, and the body is decorated with exquisite coloured painting, with more than 1000 pieces of gold and silver accessories.
In the Qin Dynasty, craftsmen successfully applied various technologies such as casting, welding, mosaic, pin connection, live hinge connection, child button connection, and shaft connection. The extremely complicated manufacturing process and precise realism modeling not only had very high historical research value, but also reflected the achievements of ancient Chinese culture and art, representing the height of Chinese civilization over two thousand years ago.
The bronze chariots and horses once covered the ground for two thousand years, and the damage was serious and the fragments were up to more than 3000 pieces.
Archaeologists and cultural relics experts of the Shaanxi terracotta warriors museum have been researching, protecting and repairing eight years. In 1988, two horses and horses were repaired.
Over the past twenty years, the bronze horse and horse have been stationed at the Terracotta Army Museum in Lintong, Shaanxi. They have received more than fifty million of the world's spectators to visit, and the reputation of "bronze crown" has become a well deserved national treasure.
The army and horses did not move, and the grain and grass went ahead. The Museum of the terracotta warriors and horses had been meticulously prepared for nearly two months for the packaging of cultural relics.
According to Wu Yongqi, curator of the Terracotta Army Museum in Shaanxi, the exhibition of "No.1 copper horse and horse" at the China Pavilion was the first time it came out of Shaanxi after 30 years of unearthed.
The pport vehicles are special vehicles, all parts need to be unpacked separately, from hundreds of kilograms of copper trucks, copper horses to several grams of gold, silver and horse decorations, each of which has special packaging boxes and packing boxes.
On the occasion of the journey, the Shaanxi Provincial Public Security Bureau and the Shaanxi Armed Police Corps are responsible for escorting the bronze horses and horses.
Lintong and Shanghai are 1500 kilometers apart, passing through 4 provinces. The Ministry of public security has instruct the 5 provincial public security bureaus (bureaux) to link up, and has received positive responses from Henan, Anhui, Jiangsu and Shanghai public security bureaus (bureaux).
After the convoy arrived in Shanghai, the Shanghai Public Security Bureau Command Center also sent two special police guards to ensure maximum safety of cultural relics pportation.
After arriving in Shanghai, the experts inspected it again and determined that all the components were intact.
The "national treasure" exhibition hall of the China Pavilion has made all preparations for the arrival of the national treasure. The lighting and background of the entire exhibition space have been carefully designed and arranged.
In addition, considering the high temperature and rainy season during the exhibition period, there is a certain difference in temperature and humidity between Shanghai and Shaanxi. In order to avoid the "no acclimatization" of the copper horse and horse, the organizers will monitor the temperature and humidity of the exhibition area in strict real-time.
It is reported that the exhibition of "No.1 copper horse and horse" in China Pavilion will last until the end of World Expo.
World Expo, a bronze horse and horse, is a great event in the Chinese literary circles and Exhibition circles. As a miniature of China's 5000 years of splendid civilization, it will shine brilliantly in this world civilization.
