Fashion Color Association: Creating Color Talent Training Platform

In May 29th, hosted by the China Fashion Color Association and the Changzhou science and Education City Management Committee, the International Forum on color design hosted by Changzhou Textile Garment Institute was successfully concluded at Changzhou Textile Institute.

He published color and market, color and design, color application design, China's industry from manufacturing to creation, environmental color application and practice, and development of color education in China, including the application of color design in various fields of industry. The forum strengthened cooperation with overseas color training institutions, set up a platform for teaching and research cooperation, and jointly promoted high-level color training research to enhance understanding and understanding of color training and education in different countries.

To promote China's industrial upgrading, set up a national enterprise image and enhance the international competitiveness of Chinese brands, we must give full attention to the appearance and color design of products.

In response to the strategic deployment of the national talent to build the country, and to solve the situation that China's professional color design talents are very scarce, the China Fashion Color Association in 2006 has undertaken a pilot project for the reform and innovation of color grading of the Chinese science and Technology Association, which has achieved remarkable success.

In 2007, it was officially approved by the Ministry of labor and released to the whole society as a new occupation of the country.

The emergence of this new occupation of color matching designer has a long-term strategic significance for the development of related industries, especially for Chinese enterprises to cultivate a group of practical and skilled professionals from manufacturing to creativity.

At the same time, the association will cooperate with various art schools in China to establish a talent training base for color matching teachers.

On the one hand, it meets the needs of a large number of talents, and on the other hand, it opens up a new employment channel for students.

According to Feng Guoping, President of Changzhou Textile Garment Institute, after nearly half a century of accumulation, especially in the past 10 years, Changzhou Textile Institute has accumulated rich experience in training vocational talents and serving the industrial economy. It has formed distinctive school characteristics and good educational brand, and has pported a large number of industrial and technical talents to the society, especially in the related fields of color industry, such as fashion design, art design, textile design, product design, animation design, advertising design and so on, and has formed a good social reputation.

The school hosted the forum to adapt to the pformation of economic development mode and economic structure, deepen the color education field, promote the training process of Chinese color design talents, promote the directional training of vocational education talents, promote two-way optimization of educational resource allocation and brand development, strive to provide an exchange platform for China's color education and industrial development, provide a platform for exchanges and cooperation for relevant industries, enterprises and institutions, and further promote the coordinated development of regional education reform and social economy and take the lead in development.

It is reported that the school successfully passed the examination of the China Fashion Color Association and became the first training base for coloring division of China Fashion Color Association. In January of 2010, the first batch of 50 color matching designers three were trained and evaluated by China Fashion Color Association.

With the support of China Fashion Color Association and Changzhou science and Education City Management Committee, the forum was successfully held, which played a positive role in promoting the application of color design and further promoting the development of China's color industry.

As a national organization directly affiliated to the China Association for science and technology, it represents China's participation in the international fashion color Committee and the Asian color Federation, as the leading force of China's fashion leading institutions and the construction of China's color cause.
