After explaining the company's dilemma to Guo Shuchang, Guo Shuchang awarded 4 million yuan to Xinwei company. Relying on this 4 million yuan, Xinwei company supported nearly one year and escaped again.
In 2003, Weixin company ushered in a historic spring. China Netcom was stripped from China Telecom and China Netcom was formally established. Considering the national policy, the government hopes to compete in the fixed telephone market between China Netcom and China Telecom, so as to better promote the development of the telecommunications market. China Netcom has basically no telecommunications network in the south. It must seek new breakthroughs.
