Second, discrimination is due to market competition.

In economics, the root of discrimination is the scarcity of resources. The market must be competitive to make the most effective use of resources. Competition inevitably means selection and elimination. Incorrect discrimination can not be maintained in a fully competitive market.
For example, we often see that the rich in luxury cars, beautiful girls in beauty pageant, good study in famous universities, high basketball playing and so on, these are the general rules of social competition.
Third, there are also objective reasons for discrimination.
If our country has formulated laws and regulations against employment discrimination, what kind of impact will it have on your recruitment? First of all, of course, it will be handled according to the laws of the state.
But actually, what experts call employment discrimination is not always due to our subjective reasons.
For example, I said to Beijing hukou, not that we discriminate against non Beijing students, but Beijing Personnel Bureau Limited targets.

That is to say, discrimination is subjective and objective.
With the introduction of this law, some personnel and labor systems can also be matched, otherwise it will be difficult to carry out in practice.
However, in the final analysis, our jobs are too scarce, and they are too few to choose.
