Technological progress to solve the problem of rising labor costs

The total booking of this exhibition has exceeded 80%. Compared with the last fair, though many booths were available, many enterprises could not get booths.

Why, in the context of rising labor costs and resource and environmental costs, the woolen textile enterprises still dare and have the ability to purchase expensive CNC looms under the uncertain future of international environment? In recent years, the township government and the town government have issued special support policies to encourage enterprises to speed up the purchase of CNC looms and carry out technological transformation to promote the sale of CNC looms. Last year alone, the government helped more than 300 SMEs to raise about 2000000000 of their financing, which effectively enhanced the technological upgrading of enterprises. In 2005, the number of CNC looms was less than 600, and now it has exceeded 6000 units. This year, the government introduced policies of encouragement and support, and guided enterprises to accelerate technological transformation through means of financing. There are more than 20 enterprises in the town planning to purchase 3000 CNC looms within the year. It is estimated that the total number of CNC looms will be nearly 10 thousand this year. At that time, it will become the most centralized area for numerically controlled looms in China. The use of a numerical control machine will also reduce labor costs to about 1/6 of the original labor intensity.

Over 80% of the town's wool weaving enterprises have set up the design department and R & D department, including more than 1000 senior and senior designers. In March 2009, the Chinese fashion color association was listed as the only "China sweater fashion trend publishing base".

Yin Jinghui said that the upgrading of the textile industry in the financial crisis has made the woolen textile industry a hard nut to crack. The industrial concentration has been further improved, and a small number of backward processing factories have been eliminated. But the woolen weaving enterprises above Designated Size have been increasing continuously. In 2009, there were 30 more wool weaving enterprises above Designated Size, and a number of leading wool weaving enterprises emerged such as Ying Qi Industrial Co., Ltd. At present, taking the Lane head community as the center, a 8.9 square kilometer weaving business district has been formed, and 5 wool specialized streets have gathered more than 2600 production and sales enterprises. The profit in the first half of this year has increased by 115% over the total output value growth rate.
