The arrangement of the inner core fibers directly affects the yarn strength, such as the directional distribution of fibers, the number of fibers that bear stress in the unit section, the strength of the yarn and the probability of details, and the breaking strength of yarn. If there is more fiber crooked hooks and neps in vortex spinning, the yarn core fiber orientation is poor. It will produce strong weak rings and details. The short fiber content will result in the loss of fibers in vortex spinning process, resulting in the decrease of the breaking strength of vortex yarn. It can be seen that the uniformity of fibers, the number of crooked hooks and neps directly affect the yarn structure and performance of bamboo fiber vortex yarn, and the quality of fiber rods mainly depends on the combing and transferring of fibers in carding process.
