"Snakes, scorpion, house lizard, toad and centipede are five kinds of poisons commonly believed. To wear children's five poison shoes is to keep these five poisons away."

It should be said that the Dragon Boat Festival is rich in content, but many customs no longer exist.

"In the past, realgar wine was used to cure diseases, especially in ancient times, where people lived in bungalows, and there were many kinds of worms in summer. Now these conditions are no longer available, so there is basically no use of realgar wine."

Zhang Heling said that there was another legend about the Dragon Boat Festival. In May 5th, doctor Chu of Miluo threw herself into the river of MI Luo. The local people found the body of Qu Yuan in the Miluo River, but they could not find it for a long time. People feared that the water people would eat the corpse of Qu Yuan and put all kinds of food into the river.

Later, some people dreamed of Qu Yuan saying that the food that people threw into the river had been eaten by the aquatic animals. He could not eat anything, so that people could wrap the food into rhombus and then put it into the water, so that when the water people saw the rhomboid thing, they would not digest it. This is the earliest zongzi.

There was also a poisonous dragon in the river. Later, a doctor poured the realgar wine into the river, and the body of the poisonous dragon blew up on the second day.

Gradually, people put the boat as Jackie Chan's sample in the water, so that the water people in the river thought that dragons would not dare to come near Qu Yuan.

Later, in the early May of the year five, there were customs of dragon boat racing, eating zongzi and drinking realgar wine, in order to commemorate the patriotic poet Qu Yuan.
