According to the agreement, schools and enterprises will cooperate and set up the Lu Tai textile and Garment College of Shandong University of Technology (hereinafter referred to as Lu Tai College) this year with the principle of complementary advantages and common development.

He said that the establishment of Lu Tai college marks a new stage in the friendly cooperation between Shandong University of Technology and Lu Tai company. According to the introduction, the operation mode of Lu Tai college is the same as that of other two level colleges in Colleges and universities. It has temporarily set up 3 undergraduate majors in fashion design and engineering, textile engineering, textile chemistry and dyeing and finishing engineering. The credit system is implemented, the basic schooling system is 4 years, and the mode of "3 + 1" school enterprise joint training is adopted. Students in the former 3 years studied basic courses and some specialized courses at school, and in the last year, they carried out some specialized courses learning, production practice and graduation design in Rutai company.

In addition, the agreement also agreed on the establishment of a "double quality" teaching team, the establishment of scholarships, the organizational structure of colleges, the rights and obligations of schools and enterprises, and the management of assets and funds of Lu Tai college.
