In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and promote the healthy development of the industry, the Shaanxi provincial quality and Technical Supervision Bureau conducted supervision and spot checks on the quality of textiles in the two quarter.

The samples were mainly extracted from the distribution enterprises in Xi'an, Hanzhoung, Ankang, Baoji, Xianyang, Yulin and Shangluo. A total of 57 enterprises were sampled and 89 samples were sampled.

Testing

There were 54 batches of qualified, 35 unqualified batches, of which 6 were not qualified, and 64.3% were qualified.

The spot checks were carried out in accordance with the requirements for the implementation of the product quality supervision and spot check of "CCGF201-2008 textiles". The textile quality inspection items, formaldehyde content, pH value, water fastness, decomposable aromatic amine dyes, color fastness to perspiration, color fastness to dry rubbing, color fastness to washing, size change rate of washing, the rate of distortion after washing, the contents of pilling, lining and filled fiber, the requirements of raw materials for fiber, the bursting strength, relaxation shrinkage, cashmere content and fiber content were examined.

The main quality problems of textiles are:

1, individual products fiber composition and content is not qualified.

The results are mainly from the measured data and original data.

Identification

The content of ingredients is not consistent with the phenomenon that the content of ingredients is high or less marked.

There were 20 batches of unqualified ingredients, accounting for 57.1% of the rejected batches.

2. The pH value of individual products exceeds the scope.

The pH value exceeds 6 batches, accounting for 17.1% of the unqualified batches, exceeding the requirements of the national standard, which is not conducive to the health of human skin and is also likely to cause various skin diseases.

3, there are 16 batches of product labels that are not standardized, accounting for 45.7% of the rejected products.

It is mainly that the contents and requirements of labeling and labeling are not standardized according to the existing standards and safety technical requirements, and lack of more elements, which are easy to mislead and deceive consumers.

4, the color fastness of individual products is not qualified.

There were 3 batches of unqualified color fastness, accounting for 8.6% of the rejected batch.

Color fastness refers to the degree of fading and staining of clothing.

Clothing with poor color fastness will easily fade and fade when exposed to water, sweat or saliva.

5, wash size change rate is not qualified, washing size change rate is the main performance indicators of clothing and textiles, spot checks do not qualifying 4 batches, accounting for 11.4% of the unqualified batches.

The unqualified products of the project will be seriously deformed after washing. The washing size is not qualified, which seriously affects the appearance of the products and the use of consumers, and affects the wearing and beautiful appearance.

In view of the main quality problems found in the spot inspection, the Shaanxi Bureau of quality and technology supervision will be responsible for the quality and technical supervision departments of all cities in accordance with the regulations of the product quality law and other relevant laws and regulations, to deal with the enterprises which are not qualified for the quality of the products in the spot inspection, and to urge the enterprises to reorganize the time limit.

We should increase publicity efforts and expose the poor quality products and enterprises in the spot checks, and guide consumers to choose the right ones.
