According to Ye Zhiwei, deputy director of the quality system management department of the company, "big Chin" introduced CSC9000T in 2007 and began to do social responsibility work. It was found that the workers in the factory generally worked longer hours, but wages were lower than those in other industries.

So far, the working hours of the company have been reduced a lot, and there is no guarantee of overtime.
In 2009, the expenditure of "Da Jin" on the remuneration and welfare of workers increased by more than 11%, but its annual production capacity increased by 17.5%.
"After 2008 or 2009 years of summarization, the working hours of our employees have decreased and incomes have increased.
But the company's output and sales have not decreased, but increased.
More importantly, the company also gets some benefits to offset some of the cost growth.
