This month, Ningbo issued the "opinions on adjusting the industrial land structure to promote the economical and intensive utilization of land (Trial Implementation)", encouraging the old factory buildings in the central city to upgrade to commercial land itself, and a land "two development" is quietly brewing.

Reporters recently learned that, in recent years, all parts of the Yangtze River Delta have made moves to "no" in terms of land use, and do everything possible to improve the efficiency of land use.

Land scarcity forced technological innovation

The Yiwu municipal government has promulgated a series of policies to guide Yiwu's private capital to increase investment in technological pformation and enhance technological innovation capability.

For example, the establishment of an industrial R & D platform can get 50% of the total investment in R & D equipment.

The toy industry innovation center of Zhejiang University, jointly founded by Yiwu toy industry association and Zhejiang University, is a beneficiary. This is the Yiwu toy industry with more than 400 manufacturing enterprises and thousands of sales enterprises. For the first time in more than 20 years, there has been an innovation center in Yiwu.

It is reported that in order to improve the independent innovation capability of small commodities manufacturing, Yiwu has invested more than 200 million yuan in innovation support every year, which has contributed to more than 1 billion 200 million yuan in technology investment by private and financial institutions.

This year, the latest investment intensity standard of "7654" has been reached: the Kunshan comprehensive bonded zone and the Kunshan export processing zone are more than 700 thousand dollars per mu, and the Kunshan Development Zone, Huaqiao economic development zone and Kunshan hi tech Zone are more than 600 thousand dollars per mu. The supporting projects in each town are 500 thousand US dollars or more, and the investment intensity standard for domestic industrial projects is 4 million yuan per mu.
