Real estate (03383.HK) opened the pace of expansion. Last night, it announced that it had won a commercial and residential area in Zhongshan, Guangdong, with a total construction area of nearly 260 thousand square meters in 160 million yuan.
It is reported that the new plot is linked to the new project launched by agile in September this year. The total price is about 160 million yuan, the total construction area is about 26 square meters, and the floor cost is about 638 yuan per square meter. The new Zhongshan block is connected with the imperial dragon mountain.
The company has invested a lot of basic facilities in the imperial dragon hill project. The acquisition of the site will help reduce and apportion the development costs.
Up to now, there are 19 projects in Zhongshan, the total land reserve area is about 6 million 650 thousand square meters.

Chen Zhuolin, chairman of the group, told NetEase finance that the company had no plans to take the land in the second half of the year.
