The Ministry Of Industry And Commerce Approved The Implementation Of 60 Textile Industry Standards In October 1St.

The reporter learned from the Ministry of science and technology development of China Textile Industry Association that in the 60 standards, 33 items were revised and 27 items were formulated.

Most of the revised standards are implemented over the past 10 years or more. This amendment has solved the problem of standard aging on the one hand, and on the other hand, has met the needs of the development of the current level of technology, embodied the principles of technological progress, and maintained the advanced nature and practicability of the standards.

The newly formulated standards are mainly based on the actual production situation and technological innovation achievements in China for many years, and the need for industry management, which fills the gap in China.

Of the 60 criteria, 3 adopted international standards, 1 of which adopted the international organization for Standardization (ISO) and 2 adopted.

The 60 textile industry standards involve 7 professional fields, including 9 cotton textile printing and dyeing, 15 wool textile, 7 linen spinning, 4 knitted fabrics, 11 knitted fabrics, 4 line belts, 10 textile machinery and accessories.

There are 9 items in cotton textile dyeing and printing, 5 revisions and 4 formulating.

Among them, 3 energy saving and emission reduction standards are used in the printing and dyeing industry.

The calculation method and basic norm of comprehensive energy consumption of printing and dyeing enterprises have increased the basic norm of energy consumption of major categories of printing and dyeing products, cancelled the difference between internal and external sales of printing and dyeing products, simplified the classification and calculation of energy consumption before printing and dyeing, and bleached, dyed and printed, added sewage energy assessment to auxiliary production, adapted to the new situation of energy saving and emission reduction, and played a positive role in unifying the energy consumption calculation method of national printing and dyeing industry, promoting management and reducing comprehensive energy consumption.

There were 15 items in the wool textile industry, 10 were revised and 5 were formulated.

Among them, "silkworm Spun Silk Test Method" is the method standard, mainly increased the grouping and sampling method of barrel packed silkworm spun silk, expanded the group approval regulations, increased the inspection method of mulberry silkworm silk in the color test, and increased the evenness of electronic evenness and the test method of one hundred thousand meter yarn defect.

There were 11 items in the knitting field, 9 were formulated and 2 were revised.

Among them, 2 basic standards for knitting are formulated.

The formulation of the standard plays an important role in standardizing the design of the product and unifying the market.

The "natural colored cotton knitted products logo" stipulates the requirements, patterns and use of natural colored cotton knitted products, which provides the basis and instructions for the production of all kinds of natural colored cotton products, which is of great significance for standardizing production and market behavior.

In the standard of knitted underwear, "knitted colored cotton underwear" and "moisture absorption and heating knitted underwear" are 2.

However, the market color cotton underwear products are mixed up. "Knitted colored cotton underwear" stipulates the specifications, requirements, inspection methods, judging rules, product instructions, packaging, pportation and storage of knitted colored cotton underwear.

There are 4 items in the line belt, 3 amendments and 1 formulation.

The newly developed "polyester filament civilian ribbon" occupies a large share of ribbon products in ribbon products. However, there has been no industry standard to regulate such products. The new standard has stipulated the internal quality and appearance quality of the product, and solved the situation that the polyester ribbon product can not be marked, which is of practical significance to further improve the overall quality level of the product.

The textile machinery industry has 10 items, 3 amendments and 7 formulation.
