Agreement principle

Four. Quality requirements

1, the quality of design and manufacture should conform to the quality standards of the relevant design works and trademark packages.

If the two parties have agreed otherwise, they shall be subject to the quality requirements stipulated by both parties in writing.

2. Party B shall make the contents and colors according to the draft of Party A's confirmation.

3, Party A has signed the approval of the proofing, in the production process of Party B, such as Party A's request for amendment, Party A will pay for revision costs and other additional expenses.

Five, liability for breach of contract and disposition of disputes

Once the agreement comes into force, both parties must strictly abide by it.

1. The works submitted by Party B shall be confirmed by Party A's signature and confirmation.

If the quality or quantity of the product is not in conformity with the stipulations, Party B shall remanufacture the non conforming parts within 7 working days after Party A's opinion and submit it to Party A.

2, when there is a dispute in the course of the performance of the agreement or if there is a different understanding of the matters relating to the agreement, the two parties should resolve it through consultation.

If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute item to the local arbitration committee of Party B for settlement.

Six, others

1. If the contract is not covered, the two parties may sign a supplementary agreement separately as an appendix to this contract.

The annex of the contract is an integral part of this contract and is legally binding.

2. This contract shall come into force on the date of signing and sealing by both parties.

3. This agreement is composed of two copies. Each party holds one copy and is signed by the person in charge or the authorized representative of the two parties and is put into effect after the seal is stamped.
