Consumers should pay attention to the following points when buying leather goods: we must recognize the trademarks, specifications, name and site of the leather garments, do not buy products without registered trademarks, and do not indicate the products of the manufacturers; two, leather clothing should not be such as fading, cracking, slurping, etc. The hand feeling should be plump and elastic. The color of the whole dress is uniform, no color difference, color flowers, smooth leather and fine grain. Three is a "touch", two "smell" and three "look".

"Touch" should be soft, plump and elastic. "Smell" should have no strong odor. It should be tasteless.

Leather inspection: first look at decolorization.

Choose the minor parts of leather clothing, such as the back of the collar, the inside of the clothes or the place of the garment. Wipe the water with cotton wool and press it with your hands. Choose a 10cm long part on the leather coat and rub it 20 times on the top of the cotton wool. Observe whether the cotton is stained with color. If the color is heavy, black or dark gray, it is a defective product.

Laboratory test: the general leather requires a wet wipe grade of three (see color comparison standard for leather inspection station).

Then look at the surface of the split surface, or in the secondary parts, rub with your hands for two or three minutes. After tightening, observe the leather surface, there is no crack, no drop, if there are cracks, slag phenomenon is unqualified.

You can also lift the leather surface with your fingers, while rubbing several top parts with your hands. For example, if the surface coating is off, the pulp will be broken, indicating that the coating is not firm.

Finally, look at the strength of the leather itself. The most important indicator of the strength of the leather is tear strength. When the lab is doing the experiment, it cuts a diamond hole on the leather, then hooks it on the drawing machine with two hooks, and tries to see if the hole continues to rip up under a certain pull.

Intuitive inspection can be based on this principle, a small incision in the minor part of the leather clothing, gently break with the hand, if the incision is deformed, it shows that the tear strength is not enough.

It can also pull the joints with medium strength. If there is a tendency to tear, it will be unqualified. It can also force the fingers to pull the top from the inside. If there are cracks and cracks, they are not qualified.
