7. after the lost luggage or parcel is found, the railway shall notify passengers or shippers and consignees promptly, withdraw all compensation procedures, and recover all claims.

When passengers or consignors or consignees do not agree to receive, they cannot be delivered according to their delivery.

If the fraud is found to be obvious and refused to refund the claim, the railway will ask its unit to assist in recovering the case and prosecute it if necessary.

8. when temporary storage items are lost or damaged, refer to the relevant provisions on compensation for luggage and parcel accidents.
