Zhang Shugen, chairman of the Lanxi Textile Industry Association and chairman of the Zhejiang Yunshan textile Limited by Share Ltd, said at the meeting that their "12th Five-Year" goal was to double production and marketing.

Zhang Shugen said that Yunshan insisted on a high starting point investment, the introduction of sophisticated equipment, the cultivation of high-quality talents, the implementation of high level management, production and marketing of high-grade products.

The air-jet loom of the company is made by TOYOTA, Japan. The sizing machine is made by Zook, Germany. Warping machine is Swiss, air compressor is atlas, and equipment configuration is the best in the industry.

As a joint-stock enterprise that combines state-owned enterprises and private enterprises, Yunshan has taken the lead in optimizing the combination of "wisdom" and the "capital" of private enterprises, and has the characteristics of "team's fighting capacity, strong R & D and technological backbone strength, stable workforce" and so on.

Insisting on small batch and variety is the product development strategy of Yunshan.

Zhang Shugen said that only small quantities and varieties, plus good service concept and strong R & D team, will not be eliminated by the market.

The company's total investment amounted to 450 million yuan, successively introduced 890 air-jet looms from Japan, and the progressive introduction, so that the technology and equipment of the enterprises have always been in the leading level in the industry.

Experts offer advice

"The price of cotton and cotton yarn is soaring this time, and it is the textile enterprises themselves."

Xu Wenying, vice president of China Textile Industry Association and honorary president of China Cotton Textile Industry Association, said.

Last year, the national textile industry only had 110 million spindles. After the national new deal was introduced this year, it had 20 million new ingots, forming a capacity of 32 million tons of fiber, resulting in imbalance between supply and demand.

How to respond positively and tide over difficulties? Xu Wenying put forward: first, change from single cotton spinning to multi fiber, blended or high count yarn; the two is to stop working and wait for potential or limit production; the three is to shift from export sales to domestic sales, and to avoid exchange rate risk; four, change the development mode, elongate the industrial chain, and enhance the ability to resist risks.

Many cotton spinning enterprises have made profits equivalent to last year's profits in the 9 months of this year. Now that they are not making money or losing money, it is better to stop or limit production. As long as the rigid demand of raw materials is lowered, cotton prices will naturally drop.

Xu Wenying said that the association will do two things well: first, it is suggested that the state should allot the quota of cotton imports this year and strive for the quota increase next year; two, it is suggested that the state should cancel the slip tax on cotton imports and lighten the burden on enterprises.

"The purpose of this meeting is not only to help enterprises cope with the crisis, but also to use" outside intelligence "to make the" cotton "article thoroughly and thoroughly enhance the ability of enterprises to prevent risks.

Lu Xianlong, a deputy mayor in charge of industry in Lanxi, told reporters.

Lu Xianlong said, Lanxi textile industry in the "12th Five-Year" period to achieve the goal of doubling production and marketing, the government should do three things: first, 2 million yuan a year, to Lanxi to solve problems and help the institutions experts reimbursement for travel expenses; two is to complete the provincial cotton textile testing center construction; three is to build a comprehensive textile market in Lanxi.
