The traditional PET is usually produced by polymerized ethylene glycol (EG), terephthalic acid two (DMT) or terephthalic acid (PTA), of which EG accounts for about 30%. The EG in plant fiber from the ecosystem is derived from living things, not oil. Therefore, it helps protect fossil resources and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
