There are more than 1300 tie enterprises in Shengzhou, with 300 million ties each year and 5000 tons per year.

For a long time, the raw material mulberry silk 95% of Shengzhou necktie industry has to rely on field purchases, and the purchase volume accounts for more than 10% of the total silk consumption in China.

Therefore, it is of positive significance to expand the raw material base of tie industry in Shengzhou.

In recent years, Shengzhou has launched 26 pformation and upgrading projects, guiding the tie enterprises to change the "small and complete" development pattern, and building a large industrial chain of competitive competitiveness through scientific division of labor.

Several logistics joint companies have been set up, in addition to unifying the purchase of raw materials, they have also concentrated the upstream projects such as warehousing, printing and dyeing, tie line and other necktie industries.

The establishment of these extension bases has injected new vitality into the tie industry in Shengzhou.

In this year, the price of white silk is increasing, and the establishment of base has played a more obvious role.

In less than a year, the operation of silk has reached over 1000 tons, relieving the pressure. The white factory silk provided by the extension base has made many Shengzhou tie enterprises steady.

Not only that, but also occupy a certain advantage in price, such as Shengzhou and Baoshan, Yunnan signed three years to provide 2000 tons of white silk contract, provided white factory silk per ton cheaper than the market price of 10 thousand yuan.

Last year, Shengzhou necktie logistics company purchased 500 tons of white silk in the form of group. Since this year, it has purchased more than 1000 tons of white silk yarn, valued at over 3 billion, because of the advantage of group buying, the price is obviously lower than the market price.

These tie enterprises have joined hands or built up bases or purchased raw materials to ensure the smooth development of tie industry.

It is understood that this year, Shengzhou tie output is still growing at a relatively fast rate. From 1 to October this year, exports of products amounted to US $220 million, an increase of 14.74% over the same period last year.
