Article 1 assembling project

Third processing fees

Sixth freight and insurance premiums

Party B shall be responsible for Party A's freight and insurance premiums, and Party A shall be responsible for transporting the finished products to Party B's freight and insurance premiums. For the transportation insurance of finished products, Party A shall cover all risks and war risks (such as land transportation insurance on land transportation insurance) on the basis of the cost of spare parts plus freight, insurance and processing charges. During the period of assembly, Party A is responsible for insuring against fire risks.

Seventh quality tests

(1) Party A shall, after receipt of the parts, check its specifications and quality according to the technical standards provided by Party B. If Party B finds that the specifications and quality of the parts supplied by Party B are not up to the technical standard or the quantity is insufficient, Party B shall be responsible for the replacement or supplement of the inspection reports submitted by Party A to Party B.

(2) after receiving the finished products of Party A, Party B shall inspect the goods according to the agreed standards of acceptance by both parties. If Party A fails to cause quality problems due to improper equipment, Party B shall submit the inspection report to Party A, and Party A shall be responsible for repairing or reparation.

Eighth force majeure

Due to war and serious natural disasters and other human irresistible incidents agreed by both parties, when a party fails to fulfill the contract, the party in case of such accidents should inform the other party of the accident as soon as possible and negotiate with the other party to extend the time limit for the execution of the contract. No compensation shall be made for the losses arising from the other party.

Article 9 Liability for Breach of Contract

Any party who fails to fulfill the terms of the contract and causes the other party to suffer economic losses must bear the liability of compensation, and the injured party shall have the right to impose a fine of RMB.

The tenth arbitration

During the execution of the contract, if there is any dispute, the two parties should resolve them in a friendly negotiation. Eleventh guarantees

In order to ensure that both parties perform the contract and pay the penalty or compensate for the loss in time, the parties shall provide each other with the letter of guarantee issued by their respective banks.

The rights and obligations specified in this contract shall not be transferred to any third party without mutual consent.
