They also own 3 state-level brands, including duck duck, roundabout and deep pride, and the original brand that accounts for half of the clothing industry in our Province. 70% of the brands of the province's clothing industry with independent intellectual property rights come from the Communist Youth League.

The chemical fiber textile industry suddenly rises.

If the development of the garment industry is only a revival of the declining industry, then the development of chemical fiber textile industry is icing on the cake.

Chengdong port chemical fiber textile industrial base was set up at the end of 2007. In July 2008, it was approved by the provincial development and Reform Commission as the "Jiujiang chemical fiber textile industrial base".

A series of policies have made the development orientation of the Tangtang Industrial Park clear: creating a "differential fiber base" in the central region and building a new textile industrial town in the West Bank of Poyang Lake.

In October of the same year, Jiujiang chemical fiber textile industry investment activities were held in the Mount Lu District, and 7 projects such as Vic printing and dyeing were signed, with a total value of 3 billion 900 million yuan.

Behind the huge investment is a boom in the development of the chemical fiber industry. The chemical fiber and textile industry cluster is beginning to shine brilliantly from here.

Jiujiang chemical fiber textile industry base has successively introduced a number of famous domestic and foreign famous enterprises such as Daikin, Singapore, Sai Deli and Henan marine textiles, and settled in a large number of industrial projects.

Among them, the investment of 2 billion 800 million yuan of Sai Deli chemical fiber, investment of 200 million yuan of Jin Yuan chemical fiber, Hengsheng chemical fiber and Huixin technology and other major projects have been formally put into production, annual viscose fiber output can reach 200 thousand tons, is expected to account for 12% of the total production of viscose fiber 1 million 700 thousand tons this year.

Recently, 400 thousand tons of viscose fiber and 600 thousand tons of wood pulp have been officially signed. Through 3 to 5 years, the city expects the annual production of viscose fiber from the current 200 thousand tons to 1 million tons per year, accounting for more than 90% of the total Province, becoming the main viscose fiber base in the country.

At present, the enterprises that have already put into operation and plan to put into operation this year have two enterprises such as Sai Deli chemical fiber, the Datang fluorine chemical industry, Changyong natural gas and so on. This year, we strive to complete the industrial main business income of 4 billion yuan. In 2011, there will be more than 10 enterprises in operation, and strive to earn 8 billion yuan in the main business of the industry. In 2012, there will be more than 20 enterprises in operation, and strive for 12 billion yuan in the main business of the industry.

If the objectives are achieved one by one, the Chengdong port chemical fiber textile industrial base will compete in the industrial parks of our city.

Textile and garment industry cluster is in the ascendant.

It is a rare opportunity for the development of the chemical fiber textile industry in the Mount Lu area, and the efficiency of the chemical fiber industry in the Mount Lu district is first revealed.

However, compared with the developed areas, the degree of industrialization is not high enough, and the advantage of cluster is not obvious.

Insiders say that this is because downstream industries can not effectively integrate with the upstream industry in the spinning, weaving, dyeing and clothing industry chain of chemical fiber and textile industry.

In addition, the disjunction of printing and dyeing links has become a bottleneck that restricts the development of chemical fiber textile and deep processing textile industry in Mount Lu area, and is also an important reason for the serious disconnection between the textile and garment industry.

As an important part of Jiujiang's development along the Yangtze River, the base has been officially incorporated into the general plan for the development of Jiujiang along the Yangtze River in Jiangxi Province, which is devoted to the development of chemical fiber textile and its upstream and downstream industries.

At the same time, in order to break through the "bottleneck" of printing and dyeing, approved by the municipal government, 500 mu of printing and dyeing areas were built in the base of Mount Lu area to attract large and large printing and dyeing enterprises at home and abroad.

In order to further deepen the development, the Mount Lu district has put forward the development thinking of "chemical fiber textile industry" to expand the production capacity of chemical fiber, strengthen textile status, break through printing and dyeing technology and develop non-woven fabric industry.

The Mount Lu district will focus on the extension of the industrial chain, and actively introduce the spinning, weaving, printing and dyeing, clothing and industrial tourism projects. Through Sai Deli (Jiangxi) chemical fiber company, with special viscose fiber as the leader, the textile will be made into a modern pillar industry.

At the same time, the green printing and dyeing industrial platform was built in the concentrated area of the gtangtang chemical fiber industry, and the advanced modern printing and dyeing enterprises were introduced into the park to improve the technology level of chemical fiber dyeing and finishing, multi fiber composite dyeing and finishing, and promote the development of the non-woven industry.

It is estimated that by 2015, the city will rely on base construction to achieve 1 million tons of viscose fiber production and 150 to 2 million spindles of spinning.

It is foreseeable that in the near future, a textile manufacturing center in the central region will rise at the foot of Pohu and Mount Lu, and become an important force to stimulate the industrial development of the whole city.
