    Women's Shoes.

This workshop is invited to cooperate with the vocational training center of the social and Economic Bureau of the city of Beijing.

    Entrepreneurship

    College students as guests.

The two guests were Yang Guang, master of Nanjing Normal University. He sold the fashionable women's shoes with the waste newspapers in the market. The other was Fan Songwei, a student in the information technology and Vocational College of Hong Kong. He recovered more than 30 tons of old books and carefully integrated them.

The National People's Association of China and the international labor organization's entrepreneurship training program has specially written the "University Edition". Last year, it asked for a green SYB entrepreneurship training class in the national university campus. Nanjing, the 4 pilot city in the country, advocated low-carbon, energy saving and emission reduction in the future.

    Entrepreneurial Story 1

Newspaper making shoes originate from Grandma's "unique skills".

Cut the old newspaper into strips, paste the special glue, then knit it into shoe upper, then make the shoe tips with real cowhide or pig skin.

    Heel

    And sole.

The vamp saves resources, environmental protection and breathability. The pictures and characters on the newspapers are different and have a personality.

Yang Guang is a master of public affairs management in Nanjing Normal University. He founded and sold two patents for the invention and utility models by producing and selling "newspaper shoes".

Yang Guang came from the rural area of Liuhe, Nanjing. The idea of "newspaper shoes" originated from his grandmother: in 2009, the town of Yu Dai was attacked by the river water, and some workers from Anhui came to pick mud to reinforce the embankment.

Grandma spent all day at home selling straw sandals to migrant workers who had been returning to the mire all day long.

"Straw can be made into shoes, and other strips can also be used."

Yang Guang tried to find raw materials from his waste, straw, books and newspapers. Finally, he found that only the length of fiber in old newspapers was similar to that of straw. Raw materials were very cheap and easy to knit.

But everyone knows that "paper is afraid of water". How can newspaper shoes go through "wind and rain"? Inspired by the structure of paper cups, he finds the glue on paper, so that the "adhesive tape" on the vamp is not afraid of water.

Despite the success of the newspaper's shoes, Yang Guang returned to his hometown in 2010 to register his company at home.

But he is completely unfamiliar with shoemaking.

He went to Jiangdu to apprenticeship, learning systematically the technology of shoe making, plate making and making last, and bought a batch of equipment, and hired local masters to spread art to his company.

Unexpectedly, the master only stayed in the understanding of working for money, and was very careless in style and quality, but did not understand the market.

Yang Guang went down to Danyang again to seek his teacher. The experienced master Wu instructs him carefully, and he finally enters the line step by step.

In July 2010, his first newspaper shoes came out.

The wholesaler told him: these shoes are more suitable for the three seasons of spring, summer and autumn. In July, everyone will prepare winter shoes.

Yang Guang's money was not enough to hold on to his hands.

At the end of last year, the cost of tuition was almost 100 thousand yuan.

After all, it is a master's degree. After pondering over the experience and lessons, Yang Guang distributed the old newspaper to the farmer's knitting. He was responsible for running the order. He only organized the production of the list.

Finally, the first batch of regular customers came to Liuhe, the local shoe wholesaler, the price is 10 yuan a pair.

Yang Guang's career is beginning to see the dawn.

In his lecture hall, he said that the biggest problem at present is that the market is not big enough and the funds are not enough. In order to find a preferential policy to support college students' entrepreneurship, he has run many departments, but so far he has not been on the top.

    Entrepreneurship story two

Acquisition of old books earned 40 thousand yuan in 10 months

When he was a university student, Fan Songwei rented an old book in the school business park. He classified the old books and sold valuable books as secondhand books. This made the hawkers who had bought the old books on the campus very unbalanced, and thought that they were sneered at when they were robbed.

After learning from the green SYB business class, Fan Songwei decided that he was doing the business of yuan yuan, but he improved in detail: persuading hawkers not to sell all the old books to pulp mills to make pulp, but to allocate these resources to different groups and make use of it again, in line with the low-carbon environmental protection advocated by the state.

Fan Songwei is a native of Pizhou, Jiangsu. Currently, he is a junior in the Software College of Nanjing College of Information Technology. The school business park provides "zero rent and rough decoration" for eligible students.

Xiao Fan and other 3 people form an entrepreneurial team to recycle old books.

They took a 20 square meter facade of the park and invested more than 4000 yuan to buy shelves.

The textbooks for the graduating students and the old books that the students have read are all the contents of Xiaofang's recycling. He is 3 cents higher than the hawker per kilogram, and the students sell the old books to Xiao Fan, the largest one, and the old books pile up more than 10 tons outside the door.

Xiao Fan and his partners used the rest time to sort out and collate, according to teaching materials, social sciences, literature and other categories to let you choose, the average selling price of each second-hand book is 3 yuan.

Opened more than 10 months, the acquisition of more than 30 tons of old books, the profit of about 40 thousand yuan.

Over 50% of them were bought for two times, while others were sold to scrap stations.

Fan Songwei participated in the green entrepreneurship project organized by the school last year, and he has a new understanding of low carbon and environmental protection industry.

"Old books are worthless for those who do not need it, but for those who need it, it is nothing but a treasure."

Xiao Fan, who is graduating from the University, revealed that his old book collection will be passed on to his younger brother. He is ready to find a job first, accumulate experience and capital, and find a green project two times after two or three years.

    Policy introduction

Yang Guang still has difficulty in applying for small loans.

In green business choice (GBO), more capital is needed, which has a higher threshold for the initial entrepreneurs.

At present, the policy of loans for college students mainly aims at the college students who are domicile domicile, and Yang Guang of this household can apply for small loans to the Liuhe people's social department.

But after Yang Guang's consultation in Liuhe, the other side replied, "there is no preferential policy".

He went to the District Federation of trade unions to apply for small loans. The other party indicated that he needed third party guarantees.

He had no idea what to do, and he was ready to give up the idea of starting a business.

The reporter learned from the "green business choice entrepreneurship training program (GBO)" jointly implemented by the Ministry of human resources and the International Labour Organization (ILO): GBO is a pilot project of entrepreneurship training to help entrepreneurs find opportunities for environmental friendly business opportunities in order to cope with global climate change, environmental pollution and energy crises.

Specific training and implementation contents: 1. teacher training, entrepreneurship training and entrepreneurial training, so that green environmental awareness will affect the whole society; 2., entrepreneurship training and entrepreneurship policy linked, such as entrepreneurship training subsidies, small loan interest free, related tax relief, social security subsidies and other preferential policies, to promote the development of green economic policies, promote entrepreneurs to use existing resources and policies, explore green environmental protection market; 3. case collection: the success of entrepreneurs in green environmental protection business; 4., from pilot cities to the national promotion.

Nanjing is one of the 4 pilot cities designated by the Ministry of human resources and social affairs. The topic is "management of municipal solid waste".

From this we believe that Yang Guang's project hopes to get help from the policy. Besides his need to continue to promote and promote, the relevant departments also need to pay great attention to concern.
