"Children'S Leisure Sports Shoes" Fujian Provincial Standards Promulgated

As the scale of children's shoes industry expands year by year, and enterprises are branding, there is an urgent need for a large platform to strengthen information exchange and standardize the development of the industry in the field of children's shoes in order to promote the healthy and rapid development of children's leisure sports shoes manufacturing industry in Fujian Province. Therefore, the local standard of children's shoes industry arises at the historic moment.

At present, the domestic footwear industry in terms of industry standards, children's shoes can be roughly divided into three categories: leather shoes, sandals and sports shoes. Previously, only children's leather shoes have national standards, that is, QB/T2880-2007 "children's leather shoes", and children's travel shoes have always been implemented according to the standards of adult travel shoes GB/ T15107-2005 "travel shoes". Children's leather sandals are currently implemented according to the "leather sandals" QB/T2307-1997 standard.

According to the briefing, the local standard of children's leisure sports shoes in Fujian was officially established in January 2010. After a thorough investigation, experiment, research, drafting and consultation, it lasted for a year and passed the expert examination in December 2010.

According to the introduction, the standard is different from adult travel shoes in the formulation process. According to the characteristics of children's foot growth and development and physiological functions, a series of important indicators such as sticky buckle, soles hardness and friction coefficient of children's leisure sports shoes are specified in detail.

While guaranteeing the application of the standards, we should improve the overall quality of children's leisure sports shoes products, the market competitiveness of products and the safety of children's use.

Xie Jiasheng, Secretary General of the shoes Association of Fujian footwear industry association, said that the introduction of the Fujian local standard for children's leisure sports shoes is based on considering the interests of consumers, starting from the actual production of enterprises, making the production of children's shoes truly reliable and scientific.

This also means that all children's shoes and shoes boxes produced in Quanzhou can be labeled as "children's leisure sports shoes" in Fujian local standards, and no longer refer to adult travel shoes standards.

At the same time, it also plays a role in regulating the market and promoting the healthy and orderly development of children's shoes industry.
