For the clothing enterprises, in addition to purchasing raw materials, they usually use the "trolley rate" to calculate the cost of clothing production, that is, an artificial production efficiency per sewing machine per day.
Take 2009 as an example, the trolley rate is generally 150 yuan, that is to say, if the car makes 15 yuan of shirts every day, it can make 10 pieces, and only 30 women can make 5 pieces.

Cotton is the most important raw material for clothing. Taking cotton 32 yarn as an example, it was 21500 yuan / ton in the same period last year, and now it is 39500 yuan / ton, up 83%, and most of the most commonly used twill fabrics are from 13 yuan per meter to 25 yuan.
Correspondingly, the cost of labor is rising. Especially after the Spring Festival, workers can not get the job. Only with a higher salary to attract people, the average worker's salary rises from 1500 yuan per month to the current 2500 yuan to 3000 yuan, and is still rising.
In this way, the trolley rate increased rapidly to 200 yuan in the second half of last year, which was 250 yuan to 300 yuan earlier this year.
Clothing brand suppliers, for example, children's clothing, the original trolley rate of 150 yuan, 25 yuan per piece, and now the trolley rate of 260 yuan, 43 yuan per piece, the original shirt material 1.3 meters, 26 yuan each, now increased to 33 yuan, and now increased to 33 yuan, so that a child shirt production costs from 25+26=51 yuan, to the current 43+33=76 yuan, or 50%.
Years ago, the brand shirt sold at the mall for about 215 yuan, and now it has risen to around 260 yuan.

Then a brand shirt will be priced up to 300 yuan, which is 40 yuan more than it is now. It will increase by nearly 100 yuan compared with the same period last year. It is obviously not reasonable and feasible.

"We must break the original pricing model, and we should work hard together with brands, shopping malls and so on, so as to compress our revenue and let consumers take as few losses as possible so as to ensure the prosperity of the clothing consumer market." insiders pointed out that in the special period, commodity circulation should reduce the intermediate links as much as possible, such as dealers, so that we can gain more profit space and share the price increase factors.
It is understood that at present, our bazaar, big east and other shopping malls are actively trying to direct the brand business, so that about 13% of the dealer link profit can be taken out to promote sales, so as to help consumers, to a certain extent to ease the pressure of rising prices.
