    Qiu Yunming is a microcosm of people's department store complex in Huangcun town. Going out for work, starting a business and department store are the first choice of Huang village people.


    However, the source story of Huangcun people's department store is in Shenzhen.


    About the origin of Huangcun people's department store, a version was circulated in the industry: in the early days of Shenzhen's reform and opening up, a couple in Huangcun town came to Shenzhen to make a living.

    On one day, a couple in a neighboring village told the couple that they could earn 50 yuan a day by selling the clothes on the stall.

    On the second day, the couple made a day's inspection of the Shenzhen stall clothing market, and learned that a day stall can earn 50 yuan instead of 80 yuan.

    Facts have proved that the couple earned the first pot of gold.

    When the news spread to his hometown, Huang village people rushed to Shenzhen to imitate the couple's stall.


    Today, Shenzhen people's happiness supermarket chain, Shenzhen Fuyuan Industry, Dongguan Tianhe trade and Daxin department store all show the influence of Huangcun Gang, and finally achieve the "Huangcun Gang". Its shopping malls are spread throughout Guangzhou, Dongguan, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Tianjin, Wuhan and other cities, especially in the Pearl River Delta region.

    At noon on February 24th, the 54 year old Li Bingjian old man rushed home from the village office.

    Li Bingjian old man said that the parents of their children were doing business in the department store with their relatives outside. The burden of taking care of grandchildren fell on him and his wife. Cooking for their children became a required course for Li Bingjian every day.

    Li Bingjian's residence in the village of Huang Cun is more than 4000, while the elderly left behind in the village are basically old people and children.

    Ouyang Haibo describes that 90% of the young people in Huangcun are going out to do business or work. The elderly and children who stay behind are living on the remittance.


    The situation in which the village is relatively cold and cold is different from that in the town of Huangcun.

    Local residents told the new financial reporters that the streets were mostly outsiders, from Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan and other places.

    Because most of the local labor force in Huangcun is migrant workers, the mountain trees in the town are planted and managed by hiring foreigners. Even if local villagers build houses, they also need to hire foreigners. The source of funds is remittances from migrant workers or entrepreneurs.


    Those who live on the remittance list are not only left behind villagers, but also the local villagers' committee and Huangcun town government.

    In October 28, 2008, Huang Cun middle school celebrated its 60th anniversary anniversary. When the local government did not invest any funds, the school celebration was held in a very grand and successful way. All the funds used came from Huang Cun's successful entrepreneurs and raised a total of 8 million 500 thousand yuan in cash and goods.

    Now that the department store industry is in a period of pformation, how long the old business mode and rural mode can last is unknown.

    When Huangcun Gang is located elsewhere, it will inevitably encounter competition from local and foreign commercial capital. Change will be an inevitable choice.

    Chen Zhi said frankly that if the 100 billion yuan was dispersed, it would not be too influential to call it alone, but it would be difficult to combine it.

    According to Chen Zhi analysis, the majority of the urban and rural joints will enter the urban center and collectivize the Huangcun gang in the future. The long-term goal is the development of commercial real estate and the listing of the company.
