Cotton Association Of Jiangsu Province: Cotton Area Increased By 10% In 2011.

Recently, the cotton association of Jiangsu Province designated cotton growers in 2011.

The provincial Cotton Association conducted a survey of 351 cotton planting households in 7 main cotton producing counties. The cotton planting area was 1475.4 mu in 2010. According to comparable factors, the planting area of cotton in 2011 was 1631.8 mu, an increase of 156.4 mu, an increase of 10.6%.
