    As far as our province is concerned, what are the requirements and opportunities for development of the logistics industry?

    How can local logistics enterprises grow and expand with the rapid development of Sichuan's economy?

    Zhang Jin: the third party logistics, which is different from the seller's or buyer's self-reliance or self provided logistics, is a logistics industry mode specializing in logistics services besides the third main bodies outside the seller's and the buyer's side. It plays a role in reducing costs, improving efficiency and efficiency through providing full-time and socialized logistics services to buyers and sellers.

    The provincial government regards the third party logistics as the wedge of developing modern logistics in our province.

    The third party logistics represents an advanced social logistics mode and logistics service concept. The development of the third party logistics is to pform the traditional self-care logistics into a socialized, intensive, specialized and informational logistics mode.

    Compared with DHL, UPS, OCL and other international logistics enterprises, our existing logistics enterprises still have a big gap in terms of total volume, scale and service quality.

    From the perspective of service market capability, our local logistics enterprises are relatively small in scale, relatively few in function, and low in market concentration, and relatively scattered. In terms of service quality, they are mainly provided with low and medium grade logistics services, which are mainly pported and warehousing, and have little or no ability to supply chain integration or have the ability to provide global solutions.

    The third party logistics has broken through the limitation of the self logistics of a factory, and has reduced the common cost between the seller and the buyer through intensive pportation and storage, thus creating value for the enterprise.

    For example, the logistics of building materials specializes in the pportation, storage and circulation processing of building materials. Medical logistics specializes in the storage, distribution and pportation of medical products.

    From the point of view of promoting core competitiveness, the third party logistics based on professional services can also realize the linkage development of service industry and manufacturing industry, promote the upgrading and upgrading of manufacturing industry, and improve the core competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises.

    As a typical inland economy, in the past, the comprehensive pportation system and logistics facilities in Sichuan were relatively backward. Buyers and sellers did not have much selectivity in choosing the circulation service, and the effective demand of the third party logistics has not been released enough.

    Zhang Jin: at present, the industrial development of our province is in a critical period of the westward shift of the national industry.

    Many of the world's top 500 enterprises and domestic and foreign industry giants will inspect the local logistics protection situation when they look for land. From Intel, Lenovo to Foxconn and Ren Bao, they will pfer to Chengdu to run factories. In addition to valuing the local land resources and labor resources, a very important factor is that they can see that the improvement of logistics conditions and traffic environment in recent years in Chengdu can meet their production needs after westward migration.

    The westward shift of industry brings urgent and huge demands to the development of modern logistics in Sichuan. On the one hand, the raw materials of enterprises should come in, on the other hand, the finished products will go out; if our logistics conditions can not keep up, then Sichuan will lose the basic requirements to attract the industry and enterprises to settle down.

    Therefore, in the future, the necessary channels and nodes for the development of modern logistics, as well as the necessary hardware infrastructure such as parks, logistics centers and stations, must maintain a dynamic development trend so as to meet the needs of building strong industrial province and undertaking industrial pfer.


    Local enterprises need to innovate, and government services need to be strengthened.

    Zhang Jin: in order to survive and develop, local enterprises in Sichuan must first innovate to innovate in the mode of logistics service and improve the level of information management of logistics services.

    At present, the informatization level of Sichuan's logistics enterprises is relatively low, so we need to apply the concept of informatization to every link of logistics.

    We must consciously regulate government actions and stop arbitrary charges and fines which impede the development of logistics enterprises.

    The logistics industry can be tilted in logistics park planning, land approval, business administration, tax collection and other aspects, and logistics infrastructure will continue to be vigorously strengthened.
