According to the notice issued by the general office of the municipal government, the holiday time for Qingming Festival is 3 days in from April 3rd to 5th.
In April 5th, Qingming Festival is a statutory holiday, and April 3rd and 4 are public holidays.
Overtime in April 5th, the unit should pay overtime wages in accordance with 300% of the daily or hourly wage of workers not less than workers. On April 3rd and 4, overtime work can be arranged by the unit, and no overtime pay is paid. If no compensation is given, the overtime pay should be paid at 200% of the daily or hourly wage of the worker.
The calculation method of overtime pay is: the overtime wage of Qingming Festival in April 5th, the base of overtime pay, the number of monthly salary days (21.75) x 300%; the overtime pay on April 3rd or 4 days of public holidays = the base number of overtime pay, the number of days in which the monthly salary is paid (21.75) x 200%.
According to the new minimum wage standard in Taiyuan, a monthly wage of 980 yuan in April 5th is at least 135.2 yuan.
Overtime pay in April 3rd or April 4th is at least 90.1 yuan per day.
If you work overtime for three days, you can get at least 315.4 yuan, which is 41.8 yuan higher than last year's three yuan overtime and 273.6 yuan overtime.
