Kaifeng builds a cotton textile industrial cluster dominated by high quality knitting yarns.
Anyang highlighted the matching of dyeing and finishing, improved the knitting industry chain and developed into a knitted apparel industrial cluster.
Shangqiu focuses on industrial clusters like Xiayi and Suiyang, and develops into a knitted children's clothing industrial cluster.
Pingdingshan focuses on the development of nylon industry chain, such as nylon fiber, cord fabric, airbag silk and decorative yarn, and develops high-tech fiber and industrial fiber based on Shenma shares.
"Now there is a lot of improvement in the development of clothing around the country. In the past, it was thought that clothes were less tax paid. In fact, clothing is an industry that enriches people. It can increase the income of ordinary people. Now, the enthusiasm of all regions in attracting investment and docking apparel projects is very high."

Now the scale of clothing industry is expanding everywhere. Like Qixian County, the scale of the clothing industry is very large. The government is very good at clothing. The standards of the industrial park are all unexpected.
There are also Xiayi, Shangqiu, the highway estuary, clothing enterprises one after another, and Tangyin, Huaiyang, Zhoukou and other places, there are a large number of garment enterprises.
"It never occurred to me that the clothing industry has spread over many corners."

Hou Jianchao, chairman of the Henan apparel company, believes that at present, these domestic brands only move the production base, while research and development remain in the locality. This is not a big threat to Henan's clothing enterprises, but also has advantages. The enterprises pferred to Henan can promote the quantity and quality of local garment technicians.

A reality is that, for the whole country, many Henan clothing enterprises are still "self abased" and feel it is very far away.
"In fact, a lot of garment enterprises in Henan have done a good job. Not only those 8 companies participating in this year's Beijing international clothing exhibition are just afraid to take that step."
In order to let other garment enterprises go out of this step, during the Beijing international clothing exhibition this year, the provincial clothing association organized the more than 2000 owners and designers of the clothing enterprises in the province to observe and see. After seeing all of them, they all touched a lot and felt that they could not do that before. Now they feel that they can do it without fear.
"If we want to make the garment industry really develop, we must let our bosses improve their knowledge and know the development of the garment industry."
Liu Jixiang said they wanted to stimulate these bosses.
Looking forward to GUCCI
The next 5 years of rapid development are expecting Henan to break out a "YOUNGOR", "Shan Shan", and even "Armani" and "GUCCI" at an early date.
The opportunity has indeed come. The external environment and government support are pmitting good information. However, whether Henan garment enterprises should think about themselves, what is the real strength of Henan's clothing enterprises in the face of opportunities?
According to the data provided by the provincial clothing association, the production capacity of Henan clothing has increased by 30% over the past 5 years, especially in 2010 and the last year of 11th Five-Year, with capacity growth exceeding 45%, much higher than the national average growth rate.
Chen Yichu, former vice chairman of the provincial CPPCC, once suggested that the two bottleneck of Henan's clothing industry is "brand" and "market".
How to cultivate a strong clothing brand in Guangdong Province, Liu Jixiang believes that in addition to the continuous learning and improvement of enterprises, the capacity of the entire garment industry should first be large, such as the five provinces and cities with strong clothing industry such as Guangdong, Zhejiang, Shandong, Fujian, Shanghai and so on. The capacity accounts for 60% of the whole country, and only Guangdong province accounts for about 26% of the national capacity.
However, a fact is that the slogan of Henan garment enterprises has been rising for nearly 6 years. Although there are several well-known brands in China, but the low added value of the brand, the weak marketing capabilities and brand planning ability of the enterprises are unavoidable. Now, in the next 5 years of rapid development, when can Henan break out a "YOUNGOR", "Shan Shan", or even "Armani" or "GUCCI"?
