Frequent complaints about clothing and footwear
The first quarter of this year coincided with the new spring festival, clothing and shoes consumption increased, consumer complaints also increased.
According to statistics, there were 102 complaints about clothing and footwear in the first quarter, accounting for 18.85% of complaints from commodities.
Among them, there are many famous brand clothes and shoes.
In January 14th of this year, Pinghu's consumer Yue Mou bought a famous brand of men's down jacket. At that time, he did not look at it. Second days earlier, he discovered that the embroidery part of his sleeve was damaged and asked the store to replace it, so he complained to the Pinghu consumer protection Committee.

Jiaxing Consumer Protection Committee official said, at present, there are several cases of complaint disputes on clothing: consumers did not find quality problems when they bought them, until they found that there were breakage after their homes, resulting in disputes; and there was a serious shrinkage of clothing after buying and washing.
Footwear is mainly concentrated in degumming, cracking and other quality problems.
"Therefore, it is also required that the production enterprises of footwear and clothing products should improve the quality of products at the same time, and need to be more comprehensive and comprehensive, including pre-sale services of dealers, in terms of three packages and consumer tips."

Express complaints rose linearly
With the development of modern logistics industry, especially the rapid development of online shopping, complaints about postal delivery disputes have increased year by year, which has become one of the hotspots of consumer complaints in the first quarter.
In the first quarter of this year, our city received 34 complaints from various express services, an increase of 240% over the same period last year of 10.
These complaints mainly include problems such as loss of express, damage, delay in delivery and so on.
Last November 5th, Chiang Kai Shek sent 4 down coats and 5 other winter clothes from Pinghu to Wuhan's hometown in Hubei, but the courier company sent from Pinghu to Jiaxing to Hangzhou again. On the way from Hangzhou airlines to Wuhan, the express was lost. After repeated representations, the delivery side only agreed to pay 600 yuan. Consumers could not accept it and demanded a minimum compensation of 2000 yuan (the value of the express dress was 2800 yuan).
After mediation by the Pinghu Consumer Protection Committee, the two sides agreed to agree that the courier company compensated the consumers for 1500 yuan and made a one-off settlement.
"There are many disputes in the express industry. On the subjective level, it is the lack of integrity of the business enterprise, objectively or the supervision is not in place. Some of the existing provisions have the suspicion of injustice, which is easy to cause enterprises to breed irresponsible ideas."

Mobile phone complaints significantly reduced
It is worth noting that mobile phone complaints decreased significantly in the first quarter of this year, and from the past, the number of complaints in commodity category was second.
In the first quarter of last year, complaints of mobile phones and other communications equipment in our city amounted to 105, but this year only 55 were reduced by nearly half.
From complaints, mobile phone complaints are mainly concentrated on the following aspects: short standby time and slow travel time; mobile phones have been repaired several times due to quality problems, which meet the replacement conditions, and shops are still being repaired or refused to change.
The relevant person in charge of the municipal consumer protection committee said that the obvious reduction of mobile phone complaints was mainly due to the supervision of the mobile phone operators strengthened by the Jiaxing Consumer Protection Committee, and the fierce competition in the industry also promoted the continuous improvement of after-sales service level.
